Complex richness and whispering peat. Taking whiskies from Speyside, aged in Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks, as well as a subtle smokiness from a parcel of aged blended Scotch. Oiliness and custard-like richness comes in courtesy of a blended grain whisky that has spent time in Madeira  casks.
