Tasting Notes

Color: Straw

Nose: Warm and grain forward (fresh draff) with bright citrus (Meyer lemon zest), freshly sliced green apples (Granny Smith in particular) and even a hint of clove in the background

Palate: Continues to be grain forward with sweet malted barley and Maltesers up front before orchard fruits, honeycomb breakfast cereal, and light brown sugar enter

Finsh: Long, lasting, and pleasantly drying with ongoing malted barley and orchard fruits, milk chocolate, and lingering oak spice
