PALATE
Smooth and well-rounded, dominated by the intense flavor of cooked agave. Fruity, and sweet, spicy notes of honey, vanilla, cinnamon, orange blossom, and oak add depth. Intermediate hints of cherry, apple, banana, orange, caramel, chocolate, clove, jasmine, raw agave, anise, eucalyptus, and mint enhance the complexity. Delicate traces of melon, citrus, lime, roses, bay leaf, and oregano provide a fresh, elegant finish.
