At Remedy Liquor, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to legal regulations surrounding the sale of alcohol, returns are generally only accepted for damaged or incorrect shipments. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues with your order.

Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery to report any damaged, leaked, or incorrect items received.

Provide Documentation

Submit clear photographs of the damaged bottle, the shipping label, and the packaging materials to help us process your claim with the carrier.

Await Authorization

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle.
