Distilled at the Akita Distillery on Honchu Island. It is macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese YUZU, juniper berries, and licorice root. Etsu Gin is fresh with citrus notes and natural ingredients giving this gin a fresh taste and light finish.
